A year ago, my friend died, and it tore me apart. I am getting better, the gaps are closing, and the holes are being sewed back to normal. But, like all things broken and mended, I will never be quite the same. Like a giant wound, the pain is subsiding, becoming a dull lull. My mind is getting understanding, and I accecpt what cannot be changed. The pain of loss? That I will never forget...

Hi, Alden... I just wanted to say thanks for the :+fav: on Our Song... - I see you like pianos from your other fave, so I guess I can see why you might have liked mine.

yeah, I have been taking it for over eight years, so yeah! haha, do you take?
:iconvenasque:
I wish I did, honestly. Looking back, I wish piano was something that my parents had *forced* me to take, knowing that when I got older, I'd love being able to sit down and play. Alas, it's not too late for lessons, I guess... but as it is right now, I don't play anything.
:iconwinterfey:
that's ok, my two older brothers wished they were *forced* to continue, and my little brother hates being *forced* to play, but I love it! I play mostly classical music, but also piano rock, what kind of music do you like?
:iconvenasque:
I hope it doesn't sound foolish, but as to what kinds of music I like -- I like anything that sounds good, you know? I like moody somber stuff, like some of the softer Nine Inch Nails stuff, or just typical rock stuff like U2 and Pearl Jam... but really, I'll listen to anything, across any genre, so long as it grabs me.

:iconwinterfey:
